Sean and Carla's New Home and Mom Wood's Birthday Party (Dec. 22/07)

While in Toronto to perform with From The Top at Milton Bible Church on Dec. 23, I was able to join the Cardamone and Wood families at Carla and Sean's (my brother) gorgeous new home in Oakville.

My brother Paul, Mom, and Sean in the front room. With Paul being in the Air Force, it didn't look like they were going to be able to get seats on a families Christmas Air Force service flight. However, on Dec. 21 they were told that four seats just opened up and they needed to be at the airport on one hour! They successfully surprised many of us (Dad, Sean and Carla, Jan, myself, etc.) with the fact that they were in town! (With such a service flight being a possible option for next Christmas, I've asked Paul and Laurie if they can please adopt our family before next Christmas.)

Speaking of the mugs that Becky painted on Dec. 17 (see that entry) and Grandma Wood opening her's above, here are Amaya and myself cuddling as I enjoy a morning coffee on Dec. 26.
