Easter Weekend: Time with Family & Performances
Easter weekend was a special time. On Good Friday, Charis, Ranran and I performed the fairly new mime piece 'Station' (based on the Stations of the Cross) in silence at the Trappist monastery ruins in St. Norbert, Manitoba at the end of Faith's Good Friday service. With it being about minus 20 degrees Celsius with the wind chill, it was a bit nippy. After a nice meal with the Read's, we were able to visit for a bit. Becky's brother Jeremy had given her some 'pregnant tummy tattoos' and here is a photo of one of them with Jeremy feeling her tummy - hoping for 'Baby Wood' to move. After a nice family lunch with the Reads, I flew to Toronto. On Saturday, after I was able to go out for brunch with From The Top, the Wood family celebrated Eva's birthday, Sean & Carla's 1st anniversary, and Dad and Mom Wood's anniversary! In the photo below Eva is eagerly trying on a pair of jeans that we gave her. As you can see, she's still trying to master the 'left leg in the left pant leg' part. :-) Sunday morning From The Top performed at Northridge Community Church (of The Salvation Army) in Newmarket
